Wrapping the text inside a cell

Viewing tip: Press the 'Play' button, and then the 'Fullscreen' button on the right.

When is it useful?
Whenever you have long text that extends beyond the borders of the cell.

One option is to make the column wider. This could be practical for some extent, but only when the text is short.

If you have more than a few words, you should use "Wrap text" which enables writing more than one row inside a single cell.

Instructions:
  1. After you write a long line, hit the "Enter" key.
  2. Select that cell, and click the "Wrap text" button.
  3. After the line was broken into a few rows, make fine adjustments to the column width and the row height.
It might sound complicated, but watch the video and see how simple it really is.
