Highlighting an entire (whole) row based upon a cell value (tutorial video)

Viewing tip: Press the 'Play' button, and then the 'Fullscreen' button on the right.

In the case of formatting a whole row based upon a cell in it, you will be using an advanced form of conditional formatting. There is no predefined criteria to choose from a menu, but you will be inserting a formula.

Watch the video carefully to see where to insert the formula, and how to build it.

At first look it might seem complicated (yes, it is a little more complicated than the common usages of conditional formatting), but once you get the grip, you can easily use it with your tables, and achieve a very impressive effect.
